We had the seafood boil and asked for spicy. They didn't disappoint at all and brought on the heat. Calamari for an appetizer and the sauce was phenomenal. Seafood boil had crab legs, shrimp, sausage, boiled eggs and potatoes. My girlfriend is from Texas and even she said they brought on the spice! Our server, Joe, was attentive and on the ball. He had great vibes and made us laugh more than once. We love this place and this isn't our first trip. Thanks Joe!

Wow, wow, wow!!! The Seafood Island was absolutely phenomenal, and I don't ever use that adjective. The servings were HUGE!!!!! My sister and I ended up taking 90%+ home. Our server, Joe was entertaining, engaging, attentive, and had an amazing positive attitude that is seldomly seen in this industry. I had the seafood boil and the gator tail as an appetizer. The gator was hot, fresh, crispy and if I could make a suggestion, maybe a little less breading on the pieces. The seafood boil with the Garlic Butter sauce and mild spice was cooked to perfection, at least to me. We were informed that this particular restaurant is closing next week, because they are relocating to another area in the KC area. I highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

If you want some of the best seafood in our area and if you want the best Alfredo you’ve ever tasted in your entire life I suggest you go to seafood island. We went just last night and our service was amazing, Joe was our waiter and he was so attentive, fun, and always there to bring us a refill or see how we were enjoying our food. Now the best part, the food! We had a little wait for our food to come out which was worth waiting! I had the fried calamari and the Cajun shrimp fried rice, there had to have been over 10 huge super fresh shrimp on my plate, the portion size was so big that I have enough leftovers for another meal today. The Alfredo that my fiancé got was the most amazing plate of pasta we’ve ever had. The sauce alone was so good that I could write a review on just that! Please come try this place! You won’t regret it!

We have eaten here twice. Once in March 2022 and once today (August 20, 2022). Both times the food has been phenomenal. My husband and I both got combo B as Cajun flavor and medium heat. It was absolutely amazing. We did try the calamari appetizer it was alright. Not bad but not amazing. Sweet tea was great. We did have cheesecake and carrot cake for dessert. Cheesecake was good. The carrot cake tasted a little old. But for the most part we we very pleased with our meal and will be back!

I LOVE this restaurant! It's the best shrimp I've ever had in my life. I always get boiled spicy in garlic butter with extra corn. Joe is an awesome host. Try it, you won't be disappointed!!!

This was my first time eating here. Was an excellent time. Joe was everything the previous reviews mentioned. Friendly with awesome service. He took great care of us. We ordered onion rings and crab cakes for an appetizer, then split a seafood broil with crab legs, shrimp and sausage. It was hot, spicy and tasty. Really do recommend trying this place out. I’ll be back.

If I could give Seafood Island six stars, I would. The service was so impeccable that I’m convinced our server moonlights as both a Michelin-star chef and a stand-up comedian. Not only did they crack jokes, but they also cracked crab legs like a seasoned pro. And those crab legs? Absolute perfection—so good I briefly considered relocating just to eat here weekly. The seasoning? Chef’s kiss. I’m pretty sure they sprinkle a little magic in there. The shrimp was amazing, the corn and potatoes were cooked to absolute perfection, and honestly, I’m shocked there wasn’t a line out the door. The food was that good. If you’re not eating here, you’re doing life wrong.
